The community will have the opportunity to vote online for their favorite video

2011, the videos got more than 23,000 views on YouTube.
In conjunction with the Hawaii Meth Project and MADD, two PSAs that deal with meth
use and underage drinking prevention will be awarded special prizes. This year,
the Domestic Violence Action Center will also award a prize for top video on dating
or family violence.
The Teen Video Awards contest gives students the opportunity to create health messages
that reach and impact their peers. In the process, students learn about the video
creation process, which includes script writing, video production, and copyright
and privacy laws.
