Access your Report to Member online
To reduce costs and foster green practices, as of August 2010, HMSA stopped mailing paper copies of the Report to Member (RTM) to members for medical and vision claims.
RTMs are available online in the Claims section of My Account on hmsa.com.
If you would like to receive your RTM for medical and vision claims in the mail, please call HMSA Customer Service.
Paper copies of the RTM will continue to be mailed to you if:
- There is a denial of service. The RTM will list all claims processed during the same time as the denied service.
- A claim is filed for services from a provider who does not participate with HMSA.
- You are a 65C Plus, Akamai Advantage, Senior Connection, QUEST, or Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan member.
- You ask for your RTMs to be mailed to you.
Drug and dental claim information are also available through My Account. Once you log in to My Account, click on the View Claims link on the right of the home page, then click View Dental Claims or View Drug Claims on the right.
