Online drug tools
If you have HMSA drug coverage, you can access useful online tools through your HMSA My Account.
To find the Drug Tools through My Account:
- Register and log on to My Account. For more information on My Account, please click here.
- Click on the Drug Tools tab on the left side of the page.
Medco's Drug Tools allow you to:
- Manage your mail-order drugs: Pay your balance, check your order, view history, and refill prescriptions.
- Check your mail-order status: View when your order was placed, shipping status, and orders under review.
- Check your drug claims and balances: View processed claims and mail-order payment information.
- View drug pricing. Estimate Medco Mail Order costs versus retail pharmacy costs for a drug.
- View My Rx Choices, a tool to help you lower your current drug costs.
- Access forms: Print or request a mail-order form, print or request a retail claim form, or print the Health and Allergy Questionnaire.
- Find participating local and U.S. Mainland pharmacies by entering a ZIP code or city and state.
- View drug benefit highlights, including copayments for brand-name and generic drugs, specialty pharmacy information, and how to get started with mail-order drugs.
- View drug information about specific drugs.
- Search your drug formulary, by drug name or treatment category, and view your drug history.
- Purchase nonprescription products through Medco's health store.
Note: 65C Plus (Cost), Akamai Advantage, and The HMSA Plan for QUEST members have drug tools specific to their plan. Log in to your My Account for more information.
