- 1 cup sweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup granola
- Dash of cinnamon

Crunchy Butterflies
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 celery stalk, cut into two pieces
- 2 whole-grain pretzel sticks
- 4 whole-grain pretzel twists
Spread peanut butter in both celery stalks. Break pretzel sticks in half. Put the
two halves in the peanut butter on each stalk to make the antenna. Arrange two pretzel
twists on each stalk to make the wings. Makes 2 servings.

PB & J Wafflewiches
- 2 frozen waffles
