The QUEST program provides comprehensive medical and behavioral health benefits
for QUEST-eligible Hawaii residents.
When you select HMSA, you will be asked to choose a primary care physician. A primary
care physician is your personal doctor who provides your care and refers you to
specialists when needed. Your primary care physician must be on your island.
If you have trouble finding the right care or if you do not have a regular doctor,
HMSA can help. With our large network of providers, we can help find someone who
is right for you and your family.

HMSA QUEST Works with Others Companies for Your Care
Under the HMSA Plan for QUEST Members, HMSA may work with other companies to give you some of your care. They may need to talk to you for HMSA.
- APS Healthcare may need to talk to you about behavioral health care and case management.
- Healthways may need to talk to you about services or health tests or screenings that you need.
- Landmark may need to talk to you about physical therapy or occupational therapy.
- Medco Health Solutions may need to talk to you about your prescription drugs.
- National Imaging Associates may need to talk to you about radiology services, such as a CT scan or MRI.
